From July 25 to 27, 2025, the 7th Symposium on Neuromodulation and Metabolism and the Symposium on Fat Regulation and Metabolism were held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. This conference focuses on "neurometabolic function regulation" and "fat metabolism function regulation", with the concept of deepening the research on the regulation mechanism of neurometabolism and fat metabolism, and promoting the transformation of basic findings into clinical practice. Special seminar
In the special seminar of this academic symposium on fat metabolism, the academic report "Super-resolution of polarized SIM and fluorescence anisotropy and its application" brought by Professor Peng Xi of the College of Future Technology, Peking University became the focus of the conference. Professor Xi explained the innovative breakthrough of the Polar-SIM system, a domestic super-resolution microscopy imaging platform, which has achieved a breakthrough in dynamic observation of various cell subcellular structures with a resolution of 60 nm through unique polarization structure optical super-resolution technology and fluorescence anisotropy analysis, providing a new research tool for revealing the molecular mechanism of fat metabolism. The real-time imaging data of neuro-metabolism interaction in living adipose tissue presented in the report, as well as the system's long-term stable observation ability under low phototoxicity conditions, triggered in-depth discussions on the promotion of metabolic biology by super-resolution imaging technology.
